Financial Coach

Empathetic people-person who will assess clients’ financial health through one-on-one coaching and then develop a tailored set of recommendations to help clients improve their financial position and pursue their goals. Will leverage multiple communication channels— video conferencing, phone, SMS, email—to engage our clients and provide follow-up services. In addition to individualized coaching sessions, may also deliver financial capability courses for groups.

Requires excellent judgment and ability to exercise professional discretion to accurately assess each client’s unique situation and effectively develop personalized plans of action. These plans include concrete recommendations for debt reduction, credit improvement, money management, use of financial services, asset protection and the pursuit of short- and long-term goals.

Senior Wealth Advisor

Proven leader who will serve as the principal contact with clients. This individual will have a broad and deep understanding of sophisticated wealth management practices and investment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive impact/mission related investing expertise. The Senior Wealth Advisor is responsible for maintaining the ongoing relationships and leading in the development of new client relationships.

Duties + Responsibilities

Managing the overall delivery of the wealth management services to the client. This will involve maintaining regular communication with the client, and working in consultation with the client’s other advisors. In addition, this position will oversee a group of client support personnel, including analysts and administrators in delivering investment management, tax, financial planning, and other pertinent financial services.

Client Service
